FOTC SUPPLEMENTARY SCHOOL – EMS Tutoring

FOTC congratulates the students from our Supplementary School… We are all ecstatic in your achievements!

It was almost a perfect term for GCSE students tutored at our supplementary school. Many of our students made us proud by achieving great grades – A & B in English, chemistry, biology, physics and maths.
The feedbacks from some parents were very positive. We received thank you notes acknowledging the noticeable improvements gained as a result of the school’s one to one tutoring and confidence building program.
“A big thank you for helping our son prepare for the GCSE exam.
I am so amazed that he looked forward to each session and went from being unexcited about maths to being motivated and confident”.
“Just to let ou know Ty got A* for Physics/Chem and A Maths. Just saying thanks to special teachers like you!!”

FOTC would like to thank the students for their hard work and the teamwork of teachers and tutors for their dedication. A special thank you to FOTC’s members/volunteers, Tony, Yvonne and Hughie for the efforts they put into making the Supplementary school a success.

“The future for FOTC’s Supplementary School Program (EMS) is a really promising one! We have absolute focus in what we are going to do to improve further and are excited by the prospect of working more closely with Milton Keynes’ Council’s Ethnic Minority Achievement network”… quoted Tony Russell, a teacher at the school.

Enrolments for the beginning of this new school term have been encouraging so far. We have widened the syllabus to include tutoring ‘A’ level maths and science and hired tutors who are qualified to teach these subjects.

We look forward to a great 2019 school year and encourage FOTC’s friends and members to share our educational resource with parents in the community.
